I stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days from June 8th to June 11th.

When I checked in, the hotel asked me for THB 10,000 as a deposit.
I never expected such a high deposit and I paid for it with my credit card.

When I arrived at the hotel and was checking in, the hotel staff asked me if I would use the rooftop restaurant.
So I said I`d use it, but they never told me that the restaurant was a very expensive place.
They induced me to book a restaurant without mentioning the price.
Later I ended up eating a sloppy meal, drinking a bottle of wine, and paying THB38,000.
I felt completely swindled at the exorbitant price.

In addition, when I asked how the deposit would be refunded at the time of checkout, the hotel said that the payment of the card with the deposit would be canceled later.
I checked out of the hotel on June 11th and today is June 28th, but the card payment has not been canceled yet.

My Thai friend keeps asking the hotel about when the card payment will be canceled, but they keep asking me to wait without telling me the exact reason for this situation.

This is the worst hotel like a whole bunch of crooks.
It is recommended that you never stay at this hotel, and if there are people who have made reservations at this hotel, it is recommended that you ask the staff to let you know the price if the hotel staff recommends using the rooftop restaurant.
