"I recently made a reservation for the three largest rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was only given two of the biggest rooms and one standard room. The staff claimed that since we only had two people, the standard room would be sufficient, which is completely unacceptable. It should not matter how they perceive the room to be `big enough`?we paid for the best rooms and expected to receive exactly what we reserved. This is a clear case of not honoring what was agreed upon, and I find it both unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this hotel, as they failed to provide the accommodations we rightfully paid for."

"Aside from the issue with my room reservation, this hotel is extremely overpriced compared to others just a block away. It doesn’t offer the quality or service expected at this price point. Despite not being a 5-star establishment, they charge rates comparable to luxury hotels. Additionally, they try to push their affiliated restaurant, which feels like an unnecessary sales tactic rather than genuine hospitality. Overall, this hotel does not justify its high prices and fails to meet basic expectations."
